You feel like you have a fist in the pit of your stomach, a head that's constantly aching, and a mind that doesn't slow down. Ever.

This is your life. And it's not going to change until you do something different. Until you decide you really WANT to change.

The thing is, you know what you need to do.

You hear it all the time, variations on the same message: self care, take time for yourself, fill your own cup first.

You know it, but you don't do it. The ongoing stress of your life doesn't allow you to give yourself the permission to do what you NEED to do FOR you!

So - here's your permission slip. And your prescription for de-stressing, reconnecting with yourself, and finding your joy, all at the same time.

Introducing the Presence Practice

15 minutes, once per day, for 28 days

It's the permission you need to stop, to listen in, and to get present with what is present, for you, in your body.

It's the time you need to slow down the chaos in your brain and start to become aware of what you are hiding away from, what you are pushing down, and what you are ready to face.

It's a practice that will stop you creating anxiety and generating anger or sadness as you fixate on the mistakes of your past or stress about your possible future.

It's an exercise that will centre you, ground you, and release you from the pressure cooker that is your life.

 

The Presence Practice is an online course that starts October 1st and runs for 28 days.

Each weekday morning (Mon-Fri) at 7am NZDT/3pm EST and weekend morning (Sat/Sun) at 8am NZDT/4pm EST we will meet online for a 15 minute presence practice.

I will guide you in stilling your mind and creating greater internal space to increase your present moment awareness, increase your connection with your inner voice, and increase your ability to relax into presence.

I will send out a call recording each day, so if you can't make it live you can still do the practice each day.
