The Howl - Friday 3rd Sept, 11am (NZT)/Thursday 2nd Sept, 7pm (EST)
I'd love you to come and join me at the Howl. It will be 30-60 minutes of reflection, movement, and sound.
There is so much going on in our world right now and a lot of blocked emotion. You feel like you can't process it and let it out because you're trying to keep your business and household afloat while juggling your children and every other unprecedented thing that is being thrown at you right now.
You need a space to Howl - both figuratively and literally. The Howl is an invitation - an invitation to connect with your body and to move through what is sitting there. I'll be inviting you to make sounds, but always, always, you do you.
If you don't want to make sounds, then don't. If you don't want to move, then don't.
And if you do... then do it as much as feels comfortable or maybe, just maybe, 1% more - because I'll always ask you to lean in to your resistance and see if there is space there for you to shift with and into.
Honestly, the Howl is an experience you don't want to miss... because it's an opportunity to connect in with your body and to be with the truth of what you are holding, beyond what your logical mind tells you.
It's a space within which you can let go as much as feels comfortable and shift into feeling something new and, perhaps, unexpected.
The Howl... you can hear it calling to you on the winds of your soul. Come.

To answer your questions:
- Yes, this will be recorded and sent out to those who have registered
- Yes, you can do with your kids in the same room or in the house... your expression gives them permission to express and move through what they are feeling too.
- No, you don't have to howl or make really loud noises... unless you want to. There will be an invitation, but absolutely no expectation
- Do wear clothes that give you the freedom to move
Hey you, I'm Sarah.
I'm here to help connect people to the wisdom within their bodies.
Happiness and healing aren't found outside of you - our bodies give us the roadmap we need to find both.
My pathway to my own inner healing has taken me through many valleys and mountains and through it all I've learned that movement and sound are absolutely key to our embodiment and therefore to our ultimate healing and happiness.
I'd love for you to join me at the Howl. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out: sarah [at] sarahchann.com
